Payment Policy

Terms of payment and invoicing

Payment for the Service is made in one or more instalments, according to the terms agreed between EXPLORE IMAGINE and the Client during the first contact or during the diagnosis appointment. You can pay for your purchases by “STRIPE”, “PAYPAL, or in certain exceptions, by bank transfer.

An invoice will be sent to you by e-mail on request.

In the event of late payment, the penalties amount to 5% of the amount of the sum due.

As Explore Imagine agrees to give you the possibility to pay in installments, it is your responsibility to honour the entire amount of installments. 

As you agree to receive services from EXPLORE IMAGINE, Élisabeth Cyr, you commit to paying the entire price of service. If you resign or wish to cancel, you still agree to commit to the entire price of the service bought.

All payments are final.

Refund 

With respect to the Service, no refund will be proceed. As the content is provided on an immaterial and fully personalized medium, refund is null and not applicable here: any payment made is final and no request for reimbursement will be considered.

APPOINTMENTS SCHEDULING

A great deal of time, energy and heart goes into preparing for and being present on our appointments together.

-If you are late for your appointment, you lose that time.  In turn, we promise to honor our appointments and be on time as well. 

-If you don’t show, you’ll still be charged in full. In turn, we promise to honor our appointments and be on time as well. 

-If you do need to cancel or postpone an appointment, please send a 24h notice prior to the appointment. No charge will be taken. Explore Imagine reserves the right to also cancel or postpone an appointment within a 24h notice prior to appointment.

-If unexpected sickness and/or technological problem were to arise right before the session, Explore Imagine will allow a last minute cancellation with proper reasoning. That policy goes for both the client and the service provider.

-There will be absolutely no refund to the private support that you have purchased.

LIVE CLASSES

-It is your responsibilities to show up to LIVE CLASSES according to schedule. If you miss a class, there will be a recording provided for you to watch.  

-If you don’t show, you’ll still be charged in full according to full payment of the program.

-Explore Imagine reserves the right to also cancel or postpone a LIVE CLASS within a 24h notice prior to class, according to unexpected reasons. Whenever and if there is a class cancellation, there will always be a new proper date & time to reschedule the class. The client will therefore still get the full value of service he/she initially paid for.

-If unexpected sickness and/or technological problem were to arise right before the session, Explore Imagine will allow a last minute cancellation with proper reasoning. That policy goes for both the client and the service provider.

-There will be absolutely no refund to the live classes that you have purchased.

ONLINE LEARNING PLATFORM

-As you have purchased program with EXPLORE IMAGINE, it is your responsibility to participate in the online learning platform.

-You will have access to the platform as long as it exits and that the internet & THINKIFIC exists.

-There will be absolutely no refund to the online learning platform that you have purchased.

As a client, it is your responsibility to engage with the services provided so that you can fully benefit from the experience.

Explore Imagine dedicates endless effort of consistency, love and value in the services provided. It is important for the client to respect the value & time of what is offered.
