Ho'oponopono

A CLASS FOR LOVE & FORGIVENESS

Ho'oponopono is a traditional Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness.

The word "ho'oponopono" can be roughly translated to "to make right".

In its traditional form, ho'oponopono involves a process of coming together as a community to resolve conflicts, restore harmony, and promote forgiveness.

In recent years, ho'oponopono has gained attention outside of Hawaii as a self-help and personal development practice. This modern interpretation often focuses on the idea that we are responsible for everything in our lives, and by taking responsibility and seeking forgiveness, we can heal ourselves and our relationships.

This modern version of ho'oponopono is often simplified into a mantra-like phrase:

"I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you."

by repeating this phrase and working on themselves internally, you can clear negative emotions and memories, leading to personal transformation and healing.

While there are varying interpretations and applications of ho'oponopono, at its core, it emphasizes the power of forgiveness, gratitude, and love in promoting well-being and harmonious relationships.
